About me
Songhua Ng is a seasoned tax professional with 2 decades of experience in international tax strategy, TP, M&A, tax negotiations, dispute resolutions, business partnering and tax project management. He is currently serving as the Head of Tax (APAC) at SHEIN since September 2022, covering a wide range of responsibilities which included full tax oversight of Global Headquarters, APAC operations and group funding solutions. His earlier career roles included tax advisory positions in KPMG/PwC as well as positions at the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore where he was part of the APA/MAP negotiation teams that concluded the first Singapore-India and Singapore-Indonesia MAPs.
