His leadership includes a stint as interim CFO for 1.5 years, overseeing a team of 8, and driving the expansion of a US$250m turnover business within 24 months across 7 Asian markets within intricate global setups. Will's capabilities encompass partnering with Executive Boards (C Suite), strategic financial planning and analysis at category and group levels, spearheading business development initiatives such as M&A, fundraising, and liquidation. He is adept at facilitating turnaround and digital transformation endeavors, ensuring robust risk management and controls, overseeing financial accounting and reporting functions, and managing tax and treasury operations.
